Caroline Horsley has made Houston TX her home since 1996 and Spring Branch since 2000. She became a muti-family property manager and succeeded at her career until January of 2019. She then realized her dream of becoming a licensed real estate agent

Caroline's experience includes extensive remodeling in a property management position including the office, models and choosing finishes for the entire property which was a high end property in the Memorial Park Area. She also handled all of the construction aspects of the property both in the apartments and out. She handled all the budgeting, advertising, sales, proposals and overseeing repairs while remodeling and picking out all high end finishes. She has also extensively remodeled her 1960 mid-century modern home in the heart of Spring Branch.

Some of her volunteer experience has come in the form of being on the board of the Spring Branch Civic Association, Board member of PTA at her daughters school .She is a former board member of the Spring Branch Moms Club.

One of the ways I have become very familiar with the Spring Branch area is I am a marathon runner and have enjoyed watching the area change and grow in the best way! I am the running realtor, literally and figuratively. I am always willing to go the extra mile for my clients

Caroline is married, has one beautiful daughter, two puppies and looooves Mexican food and margarita's every Friday!!

Danielle FitzGibbons joined Keller Williams in 2015 to begin a career as a real estate agent. She obtained her real estate license in 2014. She graduated UTSA with a BA in Marketing. Her experience in marketing and research has created many avenues for her to expand her knowledge and creativity in the real estate market. Prior to joining Keller Williams, she spent five years working in the commercial real estate market. During this time she was involved in creating of marketing materials, ads for magazines, detailed aerial maps, running demographic reports and conducting various market researches. Danielle had the opportunity to work on multiple residential and commercial development projects. She was also involved in researching market trends and conducting competitive analysis in the commercial real estate industry. These experiences are what drove her interest to become a real estate agent. During the past few years she has continued to educate herself in the real estate industry attending seminars to keep up with changes in the real estate market.
